Don’t worry! Light spills and stains can be spot treated using your cleaner of preference. The Kozy cover can also be machine washed in cold water with mild detergent on a gentle cycle. The cover should air dry to prevent shrinkage. Do not machine wash the foam.

Can I wash my Kozy? What if it gets stained?

Each single Kozy comes with two square cushions which are 33 in. X 33 in. X 5 in. and one wedge cushion that is 22 in. X 13.5 in. X 12 in. The double Kozy consists of four square cushions and two wedge cushions (exactly double!).

What comes with my Kozy couch?

The foam is CertiPUR-US® certified: Made without ozone depletes, PBDEs, TDCPP, or TCEP (“Tris”) flame retardants. Made without mercury, lead, and other heavy metals, formaldehyde, and phthalates. Regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions for indoor air quality (less than 0.5 part per million). In addition to being certified by a globally trusted independent non-profit agency, we also test the material with our own independent laboratory. We pull units from every single production run to test the material (foam, fabric, and zippers!) at our independent lab to ensure it meets our high-quality standard and the product is in compliance with U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) regulations.

Is the foam safe?

Shipping is on us! Economy Shipping (6-8 business days). We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii for an additional cost.

How do I track my order and get real-time updates?

We offer you a 30-day return window from the date you received your item to submit a return/exchange request. To be eligible your Item must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Not eligible for return: final sales, gift cards, custom-made products, gifts with purchase. Not eligible if the couch is not fully sealed or opened.
